What is ATHLIVO?

ATHLIVO is the CRM built for football agents and agencies — one place for your players, your club relationships, and the deals moving between them.
Most agencies run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, email threads and WhatsApp groups. It works until a transfer window opens, two agents edit the same file, or a contract expiry slips past unnoticed. ATHLIVO replaces that patchwork with one live system your whole team works from.

The main areas
- Players
- Every player's details on one searchable profile — personal information, career history, contracts, representation status, notes and documents. When a club calls, you have the answer in seconds. See Players.

Getting started
If you're setting up an agency for the first time, this is the order that works best:

Add your players
Start with the roster you actively represent. Club and league details are enriched automatically, so you don't have to type them.

Fill in contracts and key dates
Contract expiries drive the alerts that tell you when to act, so this is the field worth getting right early.

Invite your team
Everyone works from the same live record. Roles control who can see and change what.

Build your first list
Group the players you want to pitch and share them with a club through a link. See Lists & Share Links.

Who sees what
Everything inside ATHLIVO is private to your agency. Roles decide what each member of your team can view and edit, and nothing leaves the platform unless you deliberately share it.
The one outward-facing surface is a share link, and even then you choose which player details travel with it. Your mandate expiry, client status, transfer strategy, internal notes and player contact details are never shareable at all. See Lists & Share Links and Data & Security.
Languages
ATHLIVO is available in English, French and Spanish, and so are the pages clubs see when you send them a share link.
