Every club request, in one place.

Clubs tell whoever they know at your agency, by WhatsApp, email or a call. ATHLIVO keeps every request in one list the whole agency works from, so nothing gets buried in a group chat.

From a club's message to a request.

Paste a club's message into a new request and ATHLIVO fills in the position, age range, deal types, budgets and window. You check the fields, pick the club and save, and the club's message stays on the request.

Filling from a message is on every plan, Starter included.

02Act

Pitch, shortlist or send a list.

Open a request and your players who fit are already there, the exact position first and the rest of the same line under Loose matches. Pitch one and the deal is logged against the request. Shortlist one to come back to. Or select a few and add them to a list you can send the club.

The player matching alone saved us hours every window. We see which clients fit a brief before we even finish reading the email.

03Alert

The whole agency hears about it.

When a request is added, everyone else in the agency is notified in the app and by email. Assign it to a teammate and they're told it's theirs. When a player is pitched or shortlisted for it, the people on the request hear that too.

Each alert can be turned off in Settings, one by one.

04Find

Any request, on any screen.

Search by club, or filter by position, window, priority, origin, deal type, assignee or country. On your phone every request is a card you can open or export. Archive requests when the window shuts and restore them if a club comes back.

The Starter plan holds 100 requests. Plus, Pro and Elite have no limit.

05Share

Share requests as a PDF.

Select the requests you want and export them as a clean PDF to send to partner agents or anyone outside your agency. Choose which columns go in, hide the club and show just its league, and make it in English, Spanish or French.
