Does the club need an ATHLIVO account to open a player list?

Accepted Answer

No. A share link is an ordinary web address — the club opens it on any device, with no login, no app and no download. The page is available in English, French and Spanish.

Is a share link public?

Accepted Answer

Yes — anyone holding the address can open it, so treat it the way you would treat anything you send out. What protects it is that the address is long and random, and that the page is not indexed by search engines, so it cannot be found without the link. You stay in control after sending: switch a link off and it stops working immediately, or regenerate it to issue a new address and kill the old one while keeping the view history.

How do I know which club looked at my list?

Create one link per club. Each link keeps its own views, its own visitor count and its own record of which players were opened, so attribution is exact. You also get a notification the first time a club opens a link — one per link per day, so a busy recruitment department doesn't flood your alerts.

Can I share a list with another agency rather than a club?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A link has no idea who is on the other end of it, so the same list can go to a partner agency you co-represent with, a scout, or anyone else you work alongside. Give the link their name, and their views stay separate from every club's.

Can I publish my client roster publicly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A share link works as a public page too — put it in your website footer, your social bio or a post, and anyone with the address sees the players you chose to include, presented under your agency's name and logo. Switch off the columns you would not publish, and switch the whole link off whenever you want.

What player information do clubs actually see?

Accepted Answer

You choose. A player's name and photo are always shown; everything else — club, age, nationality, position, pinned profile links, club contract expiry, preferred foot, height and weight — is a column you switch on or off. Anything switched off is never sent at all, not merely hidden on their page.

Can anyone see my agency contract or internal notes?

Accepted Answer

Never. Your agency mandate expiry, client status, pipeline stage, transfer strategy, the agent responsible, player contact details and your internal notes are not in the shareable column set at all — they cannot be switched on by mistake. A share link only ever carries information about the player as a footballer.

What is the squad view?

An alternative to the table: every player on the list resolves to a fixed position anchor on a pitch, and players sharing an anchor stack into a cluster. It is deliberately not a formation — a shortlist with four centre backs and no goalkeeper renders correctly, and your manual rank order decides which face leads each cluster.

What happens if I change a list I have already shared?

Everyone always sees the current version. Adding a player, reordering, or changing which columns are visible applies to every link on that list, including ones you sent weeks ago — so there is never an outdated copy in circulation.

How many lists and links do I get?

Accepted Answer

The Free plan includes 3 lists and 3 active links. Plus includes 15 lists with unlimited links; Pro and Elite are unlimited on both. If you go over your allowance after a downgrade nothing is deleted, and links you have already sent keep working — nobody holding one of your links is cut off by a change to your subscription.
