Question 1

What can I keep on a player in ATHLIVO?

Accepted Answer

Personal details and measurements, the club contract and your agency contract end dates, email and phone, notes from your team, documents such as contracts and medical records, and links to Transfermarkt, Sofascore, BeSoccer, YouTube or Instagram. Each player has one profile that your whole agency works from.

Question 2

What are the Stage and Strategy boards?

Accepted Answer

Two board views of the same players. Stage shows where you are with each player, from Initial Contact to Secured Mandate. Strategy shows the plan for their career: remain at club, transfer, loan or contract extension. Drag a player to another column to update them. Admins can add, rename, recolour and reorder the columns to match how the agency works.

Question 3

Can my whole agency work from the same players?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everyone you invite sees the same roster, and a change one agent makes shows up for the rest of the team. You can assign each player to the agents who look after them.

Question 4

How do contract reminders work?

Accepted Answer

Each player has two end dates: the club contract and your agency contract. Choose how many days before either one you want to hear about it, anywhere from 1 to 365, and the reminder arrives as a push notification and an email. Birthday reminders arrive on the morning itself.

Question 5

Can I upload documents to a player?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on paid plans. Upload contracts, medical records and other files to the player they belong to, then search them by name or type. A document is visible to admins and the person who uploaded it until you share it with someone else.

Question 6

Who can see my players?

Accepted Answer

Only the people in your agency. Your players, contracts, notes and documents are never visible to anyone outside it.

Never lose a player to a missed date.

A contract runs out while you’re away at a tournament. A birthday goes by without a message. The notes from the last call are on a colleague’s phone. That’s how agencies lose players.
